Refund policy

-we have a 7 days return policy 
-Exchange or replacement of the product will be delivered within 8 -10 days 
-if your refund is approved in any circumstances then the amount will be credited to the original payment methos within 7 -10 working days

Handling Damaged Products and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders:
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please email help@mh12marketplace.com with images and videos within 3 days for prompt assistance.
Legitimate complaints will be met with an appropriate solution.

Sales/Promotions:
Final sales are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Product Return for Late Delivery of Items:
Late delivery of items from the stated delivery schedule unless such delay is for a reason of force majeure as a reason for product return as well.

Shipping Cost Refunds:
Return shipping costs for each shipment including cost of shipping to MH12 Marketplace and re-shipping to the customer is borne by MH12 Marketplace.
